Shipping and Return Policy
At Saturate, we're committed to ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we handle your orders:
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders over $75 (Standard Shipping only, U.S. customers).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship throughout the United States, including P.O. boxes.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations.
- Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-21 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for any custom free, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at shelley@saturatejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolved the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Local Pickup
If you're in the Memphis/Germantown area, we offer a local pickup option at no additional cost. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready!
We we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
- We offer a full refund for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition and returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges:
- Prefer a different item? Exchanges are also available within 30 days of purchase.
Simply email us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange and we'll provide you with instructions and a return address.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
