Jewelry Care and Repair

Protect the gold plating on your jewelry by removing it before bathing, swimming, and exercising. 

We understand the value of hard-earned money because we've been there, too. As a younger adult, I worked hard to treat myself to jewelry pieces I loved, only to see them break despite paying a premium price. I never want Saturate customers to feel that disappointment. 

We take pride in quality of our craftsmanship and the durability of our designs. However, we understand that accidents happen, and wear and tear is a part of life.

Here's our promise to you:

• If your Saturate jewelry breaks due to craftsmanship issues or regular wear and tear within 90 days of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.
• If the damage occurs after the 90 day period, we are happy to offer affordable repair services. Contact us and we'll make it right. 

Exceptions:

• Unfortunately, we cannot repair jewelry that has been significantly damaged by misuse or improper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase to keep your jewelry in its best condition. 

To Request a Repair:

Email us at saturatejewelry@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged piece. We'll evaluate the issue and provide you with the next steps for repair.
